Sponsoring student athletes for the 2011-2012 school year is a big step for our organization, an extension for our 10Eleven Elite basketball training program. This program will begin with basketball due to the Mission10Eleven’s origin of basketball. This sponsorship can only be earned by being nominated. We’re NOT sponsoring student athletes based off of how good they are through sports; we’re sponsoring student athletes because they work hard in the classroom, display a professional image and work hard to keep good grades. The sponsorship will go by (3) grading scale levels. Becoming a sponsored student athlete means displaying a professional image; each sponsored student athlete will represent themselves as well as our organization. If a sponsored student athlete does not display a professional image in school, in public or during sporting events they will be warned to fix it. If we need to speak with them again, their level of sponsorship will be reduced, a 3rd warning will result in sponsorship suspension or revocation. The same will be done if a sponsored student athlete grades begin to slip.
Grading Scale & Sponsorship Divisions:
Grading Scale 1: 2.0 – 2.5 GPA
Bronze Division: Basic apparel and mediocre media coverage.
Grading Scale 2: 3.0 – 3.5 GPA
Silver Division: Mid-level apparel and media coverage.
Grading Scale 3: 4.0 GPA
Gold Division: Customized apparel and FULL media coverage.
High School Student Athlete Nominees:
Duane Wilson Jr., Dominican High School
Zach Crawford, Milwaukee Academy of Science
D’Landric Winzer, Young Coggs Prep
Arroyo Edwards, Rufus King High School
Nicholas Stokes, Rufus King High School
Brandon Ramey, Menomonee Falls High School
Deonte Burton, Milwaukee Vincent High School

It’s official ladies and gents, the REVOLUTION IS HERE! The Zone Out Season: Elite 8 Showcase, August 10th-12th. If you missed out from how this “revolution” came about, we’ll update you. On June 25th, our CEO Dumaine Reid (@Z8S_BlackLion) released the art work below via Twitpic with the caption that read “Uh oh!”

A lot of questions began to surface as to what Z.8.S stood for but Dumaine wasn’t telling anybody, he left a lot of people wondering, waiting and anxious. A couple weeks later he then released more art work via Twitpic which is pictured below.

This artwork had a bit more information, not a lot but it let everyone know that whatever Z.8.S was, it was going to be revealed on July 18th. Excitement and more anxiousness began to arise. That was when we began to step in, Dumaine allowed us to release this info before July 18th to our followers on Twitter who mentioned us in their 10:11pm wish tweets. We didn’t tell too many but just enough to get more people excited about what was approaching.
July 18th seemed to have taken forever but it was time for the revolution to be revealed and our new branch @10ElevenTVMWB came through with a bang. With it’s new head coordinator J.B (@Midwest_Baller) directing and our CEO using his vision Z.8.S was revealed as a promotion video which can be seen above. Since it’s not a secret anymore, Z.8.S has been revealed to be the Zone Out Season: Elite 8 Showcase, the FINAL basketball showcase of the summer. 8 teams, single elimination, yes this is going to be EPIC and intense!
For those young men that are between the ages of 17-21 years old and would like to play in this showcase contact Chelsea Stingley, our showcase registration coordinator on Twitter @_ChelseaNOW. You can register individually or as a full team of 10. The fees are very reasonable as well. If you have game this is time to show it off.

We have brought you the PMF Showcase, the No Days Off: Final 4 Showcase and now it’s time to end the summer with a bang! Would you believe that both showcases were back up plans? Those were a couple of great back up plans but now it’s time you all seen our real work. More information on the location, ticket prices and much needed information for this showcase will be released sometime next week so stay tuned everyone. 10ElevenTV-Midwest Ballers will have full coverage of this showcase, so yes the revolution will be televised.

Tre Jefferson definitely put in work during the 2 tourneys at NY2LA but he had a great running mate. That would be Brandon Key, who is in the class of 2015. Yes that’s right, just graduated from 8th grade playing in the 17U bracket with the Milwaukee Running Rebels. Check him mix it up and handle business.
Witness the revolution of Z8S.
J.B (@Midwest_Baller) clicked record in just the nick of time to catch Elgin Cook slam one down on this kid from B’More’s Finest. This was the first day of the NY2LA Summer Jam.
Kevon Looney wasn’t the only one from Milwaukee Running Rebels handling business at the NY2LA Next Level Invitational last week, check out Tre Jefferson, a guard with a lot of confidence, flash and heart. He’s in the class of 2014, so be on the look out for him everybody.
Deonte Burton (@DeeBurton6) who is in the class of 2013 may have taken his talents to Brewster Academy but he sure knows how to come home and do work for his TP Elite AAU team. Check him out at the NY2LA Next Level Invitational.
Last week J.B (@Midwest_Baller) got the chance to attend the NY2LA Next Level Invitational, and 6’7” Kevon Looney (@Loon_Rebel5) put on a show to lead his Milwaukee Running Rebels AAU squad to the 17U championship. He makes it look very easy to be in the class of 2014.
J.B (@Midwest_Baller) put together this phenomenal highlight mix from the @Mission10Eleven: No Days Off: Final 4 Showcase, pay attention to the artwork at the end.
@Mission10Eleven: No Days Off: Final 4 Showcase, Championship! June 23rd, 2011.
